These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, and websites operated by S IDENTIFY VERIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD, located at No. 06 Asu Rahusa Plaza, Wikki Oil Roundabout, Bauchi ("secureidverify", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our platforms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
1.2 By using our platform, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
2.1 To access certain services, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.1 Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the platform:

4.1 By using our payment or wallet services, you authorise secureidverify and our authorised partners (including Payment Point, Paystack, Zenith Bank, and Moniepoint) to process transactions and facilitate account-related services on your behalf.
4.2 You may be required to provide additional verification information, such as your BVN or NIN, to comply with financial regulations and KYC requirements.
4.3 All financial transactions processed through our platform are subject to applicable transaction limits, fees, and verification requirements.
5.1 This Return and Refund Policy is issued in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and the Nigerian Communications and Consumer Protection Code (ICCPC).
5.2 All transactions made through the platform are final and non-refundable except where:

5.8 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the FCCPC or relevant authorities.

7.1 All intellectual property on this platform belongs to secureidverify or its licensors.
7.2 You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written consent.
8.1 We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
8.2 You consent to lawful data processing by using our platform.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, secureidverify shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9.2 Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access.
You agree to indemnify secureidverify against claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
11.1 We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
11.2 You may discontinue use at any time.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12.2 Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Bauchi, Nigeria, unless impractical, without limiting secureidverify’s right to seek injunctive relief.
